We have various group rides through out the week.  We frequently ride with the Park N Lot Peloton, and our local bike shop Ride a Bike.  Please check our Facebook page for upcoming rides.

Decompression Rides will be on Monday's Starting March 14th at 6p.m. starting from the First Federal Bank parking lot (East Main Street, Lincolnton).  This is a casual/social ride averaging 12-15mph pace.  The full ride will be 15 miles with a 3, 10, and 12 mile shortcut option.  Hosted by Chafin Rhyne of Ride a Bike
