We swim at the Lincolnton YMCA.  Groups swims are on Tuesday and Thursdays at 5 a.m.  The pool also has an open swim schedule you can find {here}.  We do drills, speed work and distant work. All levels welcome. We usually share a lane so join us!  Open water swim practices start on April 23rd at the Lake Norman YMCA.  You can find that schedule {here}
